COVID-19 Update


We are following all government guidance to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We are dispatching orders as quickly as we can, however your order could take a little longer than usual to be dispatched. We aim to dispatch and deliver your order within 2 - 7 working days. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched to Royal Mail.

We always aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays) are likely to be sent out the same working day. All orders placed after 1.00pm will not be processed until the next working day, this includes orders where 'Next day Delivery' has been chosen. All orders placed after 1.00pm on Fridays will not be processed until Monday morning (Tuesday on Bank Holidays). Most UK orders will be delivered to you within 48 hours of placing your order. Items are shipped brand new and in mint condition. Please note, due to large volumes of orders during our sale period, we cannot guarantee next day delivery on all orders but we always endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Refund & Returns Policy 

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. You are responsible for any return shipping charges with the exception of returns of faulty items. For your protection, please be sure to return your products via recorded or registered post. Your refund will be made by the method you used for payment as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Please return the goods to us in their original condition along with all labels, packaging and your completed returns form provided in your original order. If you no longer have this, please email us at Footwear boxes are classed as part of the product so must be returned in the original condition (with no tape or stickers attached) - we suggest packaging it well so that the box cannot get damaged in transit. Goods returned in an unreasonable condition will not be refunded but returned at the customer’s expense.

We will aim to issue a refund within 2 working days of receipt of goods. Please allow up to ten working days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.


Alternatively, you can return online orders to our store. You have 14 days from the day of delivery to receive a full refund. When returning to store you must bring a valid receipt or a copy of your order confirmation.

Exchange Policy 

Due to the limited availability of our products, we cannot hold stock for exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then you may use our refunds and returns policy as set out above. If you wish to purchase another item by way of an exchange, then you must submit a new order online, although please note that certain items may no longer be available due to the limited production runs of our products.
